Consumer Rights Management Information System(CRMIS)
Through this form, you can register a complaint regarding issues related to goods or services.
If you (the consumer) have any complaint regarding the quality or price of goods sold by a shop, you must fill out this form.
Your complaint will be directly registered with the Department of Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection, Kathmandu.
